New sound or old fashion?
Including a Bass-Clarinet into a traditional tango-formation was taken to a very developed form by Maestro Horacio Salgan in the '60. Silencio opens possibilities for experimenting on effects, rithmical accentuations and a new sound quality.
(*)...recently, our new experiment: The incorporation of the Hammond organ to the Tango Orchestra. Jens Gebel is an extraordinary jazz-musician, but: this is still traditional Tango.
It's no tango-jazz fusion, it doesn't sound like Fresedo, nor like Canaro...
An orchestra full of colors.
